Re: Comments on Proposed Amendments to Regulation SHO File No. S7-19-07

Please eliminate the options market maker exception.
Let the markets innovate ways to efficiently deliver through trade actual real shares only.

I am a Canadian resident in U.S.A. and I work hard for my money like any American and investing some savings money in the stock market, trusting the system of the Security and Exchange Commission of America.

I write to you in support of the Commissions proposed to regulation SHO, which governs short trading securities, I have the most treble experience of one of my stocks that I never experience, and is not only me is and other 60,000 shares holders that some of then never get the delivery of the certificated from the brokers companies and all of then giving a false information to delivery beside that this stock is short over a 1.3 trillion shares in the International Market.

And the result of this problem is to eliminate the money makers and the CEOs of companies that investors trust to monitor all there activities like dumping billions of shares and not reporting them, and moving all that funds out of the country for funding other stock companies That they will play later for and other profit.

I remain confident that if is a new rule to stop this crime and give a hope to the investors residents and American people that invest in many other companies of America will be better place for this Country.

End all naked shorting, enforce the prompt delivery with out exception and penalize all then who broken the rules.

Thank you
