1. As a CMKM shareholder I demand that you release our Trust Fund Money immediately.
I am forwarding a copy of this complaint together with the file number of your acknowledgement to my state and federal representatives in Washington.
If our money is not released immediately I will be exercising my constitutional right to assemble and march in Washington D.C. in front of the SEC Bldg.
2. The SEC must stop condoning the theft of investors resources by allowing the Grandfather Clause.
3. When will Naked Short Selling be outlawed, it is impossible to sell something you don't own, yet the SEC allows it. Why are FTD's tolerated by the same agency that is suppose to be providing oversight?
