Let's quit cheating the American consumer/investors out of their hard earned $$$ by eliminating ALL phases of this sham... (Reg SHO). Show some courage and patriotism by eliminating it (in its' entirety), without being selective for the special interests you seem to be protecting all the while. You lacked the "authority" to even institute such a ruling and those responsible should be held liable for criminal charges, if not TREASON
