Sirs,
The havoc caused in the securities market can be contributed to your removal of the uptick rule. If you are unsure, try reinstating this rule for a period of time. This is unbelieveable that the financial institutions can be brought down by bear raids. The once great country is being brought to it's knees because of lack of regulation. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reconsider your actions.
