There is no reason for naked shorting which can drive shares of a small company out of business. As an individual investor and they pound on your stock you may sell because there must be something wrong and you are not in the know.
SEC...step back for a minute and think. There is no excuse for naked shorting.
This is a chance for Cox to end his term on a high note by protecting the individual investor.
