Why do we have a Threshold list? Why not have a list of those committing the crime FTDs, rather than publicizing the victims? The post office does not name and show a picture of the woman who got raped, it identifies the raper.The SEC was put in place specifically to protect the public and you need to be using everything within your power to stop FTDs up to and including putting some people in jail.
