In my submission of July 9th in this same list,
You can see that I thought there were RULES to shorting stocks.
I have read a few of the responses here left by others and come to find out the "UPTICK RULE" no longer exists.
An investigation should be undertaken to find out who decided to do away with that, while NSS is so rampant, and find out all involved in producing that new rule and THROW THEM ALL IN JAIL FOR LIFE, confiscate all their assets too
THE STOCK MARKET HAS BECOME A PLACE FOR OFFSHORE HEDGE FUNDS AND MARKET MAKERS TO STEAL THE HARD-EARNED MONEY FROM WORKING AMERICANS THROUGH What should be ILLEGAL SLIGHT OF HAND -- DUMPING COUNTERFEIT STOCK IN THE MARKET
I"m so sick to find out NSS plus no more uptick rule is out there, NO WONDER we are all losing our savings.
This is unconscionable
HOW MANY AMERICAN LITTLE INVESTORS KNOW THIS ???
WHERE IS THE SEC SIMPLIFIED RULEBOOK ?????
IS THERE ONE AT ALL ??? Where Can I get one ?
IF You want a clean fair well maintained and regulated market for people to INVEST in, YOU CAN DO IT..
Its not rocket science.
I was also under the impression that the 5% of the float is all that can be shorted LEGALLY.
HAS THIS CHANGED TOO ???
I guess with SEC condoned NSS the 5% doesn't apply anyway, but is it still 5% PLUS NSS ?
Or has it been moved to 10% Plus NSS ?
I'm so sick of this all.

I'm now thinking of just throwing everything away, and retiring into poverty, and take a chance that my pension wont' also be stolen. Its not worth my sacrifice any longer. I BELIEVED in America.
Record home forclosures. Record debt of every kind. We are headed for an economic collapse and the SEC is still trying to help the offshore hedgefunds and market makers fleece our money away for the easy pickings.
WE WORKING AMERICANS do not have an infinite amount of assets you can steal. You can only take us so far into debt before we can offer no more up through sacrifice to pursuing the American Dream. Its over.
There is no more reason for being.
George Washington, in his farewell address said: "IF America is ever overthrown, it will be from the inside".

The SEC Aided and abetted our overthrow.

THE UPTICK RULE IS GONE ?????
NSS can just DUMP DUMP DUMP NSS ANY STOCK INTO THE GROUND THEY WANT..... and remember, if they never have to buy back what they shorted, as the companies go bankrupt, and stock as a result revoked and not trading again, they never "consummate the short sale" so dont even pay taxes on thier filthy profit either.
NSS only provides incentive for SHORT SELLERS to sabotage the companies they shortsell. Has this effect ever been looked into ?

Look, if the 5% rule is still in effect, or if it has been changed to 10% or 20%, how is that enforced ??
Why not give each Market maker ability to move ONLY THIER PORTION of the allowable ?
lets assume its still 5%. I'm scared it isn't , but, lets assume it is.
If you have 5 market makers on that stock, then they each should be allowed 1% TOTAL float accumulated short sale movement. THIS IS SO EASY TO AUDIT.
But its not being audited this way is it ?

The only way to make money in america is to run some kind of scam on the little guy ?

WHY THE HECK is the SEC doing all it can to help Hedge Funds steal our money through counterfeiting our stock ?
Why does the SEC work for the CROOKS to ease THEIR way of taking our money ?
The CROOKS are whining that it should be made EASIER for them to fleece the public by counterfeiting ?
And the SEC does what it can to help that happen ?
I believe an investigation should be conducted into all bank accounts of SEC executives for the last 50 years and see if anything disturbing appears. Check Offshore banks too
