Hi Folks,
I am a mere working American taxpayer with a mortgage and limited investments working towards retirement.
I find it more than repulsive when my government recognises illegal activities that is harmful to it's citizens and legislates a grandfather clause to cover it.
We must start governing by the rule of law with regard to right and wrong once more.
Anything else is unacceptable
Naked Shares regardless of who is doing it is FRAUD
On a bigger scale with market movers, or a small scale with the neighborhood broker... it's still FRAUD.
FRAUD = ILLEGAL
What part of ILLEGAL doesn't our government (SEC) understand?
Do what's right Do away with this fraudulent activity altogether.
