Naked shorting must be put to an end by the SEC. Market makers should be forced to play by the same rules as individual investors...that is NO NAKED SHORTING. Hedge funds are driving companies to the brink of failure by using naked shorting to conduct bear raids. This must stop now, or investors will abandon the U.S. stock market as they would any "rigged market."
