Dear Sir,
I find the practice of permitting the shame of NAKED SHORT SELLING a criminal practice comparable to drugs smugling and other mafia activities - I do not understand how the USA can permit to few financial criminals to destroy the value of companies in this way - if this practice continues and is not made illegal, I will move all my investements outside the USA and Canada - in Europe this practice has been illegal since many years - please act not only to protect the Goldman Sachs and the Merrill Lynches of this country (and the owners of the FED) but also protect the many companies that generate real wealth and that are destroyed along with their investors by this shameful practice - thankyou
