We are retirees trying our best to protect our assets and make the right investments during this economic crises. We have become aware that some of our investments are being manipulated in an unethical and illegal manner and are responding to your request for comments on Regulation SHO.
Selling counterfeit stock, or better know as Naked Short Selling is ILLEGAL. Why have you tried only to protect those that have been responsible for some of the manipulation? How can you NOT stop ALL naked short selling? Allowing manipulation of stocks by those whom have the financial resources and means to cheat the rest of us is IMMORAL.
It is our understanding that Regulation SHO is totally ineffective and ask you to please revoke Regulation SHO and enforce the present regulations prior to Regulation SHO.
