To SEC,
These crimes that have been allowed and over looked by your agency regarding Reg SHO is not good. There should be no Naked Short Seller by any company or individual no matter how large or small. It's against the law. Suddenly your are concerned about Naked Short Selling for the select few large Company stocks (Fannie Freddie), and whom ever else you decide needs your help. ALL should be equal, big or small, in the eyes of the law.
