Memorial Walk "Walking for those who no longer can"
This is the final event of 5 planned community events to honor recovery month. We will be walking to honor the memories of those members of our community who have lost their battle with addiction and provide hope that their lives will have not been lost in vain. It will bear witness to the fruits of recovery and show the power of community committment to sobriety and wellness.

Western Carolina Treatment Center's Recovery Month Events
We have designed the following days to be patient apperication days: September 9th, 14th, 19th, 22nd, and the 27th. During this time we will have a set up that includes coffee, juice, muffins, and cookies. There will be educational and motivational material that promote recovery for patients.One September 29th we will be having an open house. During this time members of the community will be educated about the services that we provide at Western Carolina Treatment Center. There will be time for questions and lunch will be provided.
