FAQ-53: Credit for Pressure Tests in Specific States

Question: For operators having line pipe in states that have a pressure testing requirement, will satisfying the state requirement also suffice for satisfying the integrity assessment requirement of the integrity management rule?

Answer: Any pressure test that meets or exceeds the requirements of Subpart J will satisfy the integrity management rule.
