National Recovery Month Annual Prayer Breakfast

Description

On Thursday, September 9, Augsburg College will host the annual prayer breakfast honoring the voices for recovery in Minnesota. This inspirational and moving event will feature an invocation by the Augsburg College campus pastor, as well as personal experiences of members of the recovery community at large as well as those involved with the StepUP Program at Augsburg College, either as students, staff, or parents. The StepUP Porgram at Augsburg College provides counseling support, a safe community, and housing for college students in recovery from the disease of Chemical Dependency. The StepUP Program is a member of the Association of Recovery Schools.
