The Hotline is responsible for responding to all environmental inquiries that come under the jurisdiction of the Mid-Atlantic States (Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia). If the operators are unable to answer a question, they will locate a specialist who can best respond to the caller's concerns.
