The Northeast Sustainable Energy Association (NESEA), based in Greenfield, Massachusetts, is the nation's leading regional education and advocacy association that aims to accelerate the deployment and use of renewable energy, green buildings, and energy efficiency. NESEA produces conferences, educational sessions, and workshops that inspire and motivate large numbers of people to get involved and make a difference. As a participant in the ENERGY STAR Challenge, NESEA will use its events and contacts to promote energy efficiency improvements of 10% or more for the buildings in the Northeast including homes, offices, government buildings, and schools. NESEA will use its network of contacts to reach out directly to professionals who work with energy, energy policy, and sustainability issues, including architects, engineers, designers, policy makers, educators, utility executives and others to motivate them to continuously improve the energy efficiency of their buildings.
