The National Energy Foundation (NEF) is an educational organization dedicated to the development, dissemination, and implementation of supplementary educational programs, materials, and professional development courses. In partnership with EPA, NEF will promote ENERGY STAR tools and resources to the schools, businesses, government agencies, associations, and communities with which it works. Specifically, NEF will:

  • Include ENERGY STAR information in its publications, marketing materials, and websites;
  • Encourage students and teachers to use ENERGY STAR ideas and solutions in national student competitions; and
  • Work with ENERGY STAR to develop and implement new educational materials.

For more than two decades, NEF has been supported by effective educational partnerships with the educational community, businesses, government agencies, and associations.
