NAI NP Dodge is the commercial real estate division of NP Dodge, Omaha's largest full-service real estate company. The firm is the oldest family-owned real estate company in the U.S., with five consecutive generations of ownership dating back to 1855. NAI NP Dodge is Omaha's premier full-service commercial real estate firm, offering sales and leasing of office, retail centers, industrial, and mini-storage facilities. Sales include all types of land, owner/user facilities and investment properties. In addition, professional property management compliments all of the sales and leasing services provided. Our target audience consists of business owners (small and large), professionals, land owners, buyers, sellers, and apartment managers; everyone incorporated with commercial real estate.

Our company has used multiple ways to communicate the benefits of energy efficiency to our associates. NAI NP Dodge created a press release on our company website, put a story in our newsletter, and acquired publicity through our press release in a leading Omaha business journal (MBJ).
We are in the early stages of utilizing the ENERGY STAR Guidelines for Energy Management tool to enhance the energy efficiency of our community. As we progress through the steps of the highly effective review process, we will be promoting the ENERGY STAR program to our staff, guests and community by communicating our successes through links to our website and press releases.

We are showing building owners and partners how to improve the energy efficiency of their buildings through our building-wide recycling program, using earth-friendly cleaning products and energy-efficient lighting. Through the recycling program, it is anticipated that the reduction in trash will eventually lead to decreased waste removal costs. NAI NP Dodge uses energy-efficient lamps in almost every room throughout the building. In addition, the building uses motion-detecting lights to further conserve energy.

     Dodge
Plaza buys many products that are made from post-consumer materials, such as toilet tissue and paper towels. Dodge Plaza also uses green cleaning products, which are less harmful to the environment. The automatic soap dispensers were also selected purposefully; the controlled dispensers help eliminate waste and over use, which reduces the amount of resources consumed and the amount of chemicals deposited into the waste stream. Even the grasses around Dodge Plaza were planted with the environment in mind; the property uses native grasses which require less water and fertilizer.
