TRI Web-based Training Workshops
Once again, U.S. EPA is hosting a number of in-person and Web -based training workshops for people involved with Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) reporting under Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). Both basic and advanced training classes are available.
What do you need to know?
- Training workshops will consist of in-person classes or live Web -based classes
- The workshops are being offered at specific times on specific dates throughout April, May, and June of 2008
- Individuals interested in attending any of the workshops must register
- Individuals interested in attending an in-person workshop should only register for a workshop offered within an individual’s region
- Participants of in-person workshops are expected to download, print, and bring the course materials to the workshops (see below)
- Space is limited
TRI On-Line Training Modules
EPA offers a third alternative for obtaining basic or advanced training and instruction in TRI reporting, through its TRI On-Line Training Modules. These new voice-over training modules provide an opportunity for you to learn about TRI reporting at your own pace, any time, any day, and from any place from which there is internet access. These modules are especially convenient for those who cannot participate in the in-person or Web -based training workshops. No registration is required.
