Information Center

The Superfund, TRI, EPCRA, RMP & Oil Information Center is a publicly accessible service that provides up-to-date information on several Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) programs. The Information Center responds to factual questions on federal EPA regulations related to the following program areas:

Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), including the Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) program
Risk Management Program regulations under the Clean Air Act (CAA)
Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA or Superfund)
Spill Prevention, Control & Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans and the oil pollution prevention regulations under the Clean Water Act (CWA) and the Oil Pollution Act (OPA).
