and includes destruction of property and trespassing; "Tax law violations" includes tax
fraud; "Obscene material" denotes the mail or transport thereof; "Misdemeanors"
includes misdemeanors, petty offenses, and unknown offense levels; and "Drug possession"
also includes other drug misdemeanors.
