"Tax law violations" includes tax fraud; "Obscene material" denotes the mail or
transport thereof; "All other felonies" includes felonies with unclassifiable offense type;
"Misdemeanors" includes misdemeanors, petty offenses, and unknown offense levels;
and "Drug possession" also includes other drug misdemeanors.
