WaterSense offers a simple way to make product choices that use less water -with no sacrifice to quality or product performance.
- WaterSense is an EPA labeling program that aims to protect the future of our nation's water supply by promoting and enhancing the market for water-efficient products and programs.
- WaterSense-labeled products are third-party certified for water efficiency and performance, making it easy for consumers to make smart choices when shopping for water-using products.
- To date, more than 190 toilets and 120 bathroom faucets that have been certified with the WaterSense label. Complete product list.
WaterSense in Denver
WaterSense-labeled products are now on shelves in the Denver area. Denver regional water utilities are offering rebates to customers who purchase WaterSense-labeled products. In the Denver regional market, over $1.5 million is budgeted regionally for rebates in 2009. Local rebate programs for WaterSense-labeled products include:
About the Denver WaterSense Coalition
EPA is working with partners in the Denver metropolitan area to demonstrate the benefits of collaborative involvement in the WaterSense program. The coalition's goals include greater recognition for the program and label, as well as positive changes in local attitudes and behaviors toward water efficiency.
