The Mid-Atlantic Region serves Delaware, Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, West Virginia, Maryland (excluding Montgomery and Prince George's counties*), and Virginia (excluding the cities of Alexandria and Falls Church, and Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties*).
