O.D. and engaged in the practice of optometry.  Establishments
where receipts are primarily from the sale of optical goods
prescribed as a result of eye examinations performed at another
establishment are classified in Retail Trade, Industry 5999.

Establishments of licensed practitioners having the degree of
D.P. and engaged in the practice of podiatry.

Establishments of health practitioners engaged in practice in
health fields not elsewhere classified, such as acupuncturists,
midwives, nutritionists, physical and occupational therapists,
and psychologists.
