Independent Technical Advisory Panel:
Hydrodynamic and Water Quality Modeling of the
Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge
The Arthur R. Marshall National Wildlife Refuge is hosting a meeting of our modeling advisory panel on Friday, January 28, 2005. Dr. Vincent Neary is chairing the panel that includes two other modeling experts who were selected by Dr. Neary. The panel will advise the refuge on modeling issues including selection of the specific model or models that will be developed to meet refuge objectives, and on any other issues that they choose.
During the first part of the January 28 meeting, the panel will hear presentations by refuge staff and our modeling principal investigator, Dr. Ehab Meselhe. The panel will also be interested in hearing comments from any other parties who would care to comment during the afternoon portion of meeting (see agenda). If you cannot attend, written comments could also be emailed to Dr. Neary prior to January 28. A draft agenda including a map and directions is available below. Please contact Mike Waldon if you have any special needs, or if you need any further assistance. Thank you for your interest and contributions,
