With JavaScript Turned on you would be able to mouse over the map and the Lat/Long would show up for the area that your mouse over and you would simply click on the map to view the browse images of that area. If you determine to not use JavaScript you can still use this page by simply putting the Lat/Long into the form and clicking on the submit button.

Select a collection, then click on the Global Locator Map to view satellite browse images in that area.
