The mission of Birds Eye Foods, Inc. is to be widely recognized for leadership and accomplishment as a food processing and marketing company by using all of their partners' and associates' talents.

Birds Eye Foods ascribes to "Green Rules" and are recognized as a frozen food industry leader in helping farmers develop sustainable agriculture practices and environmental programs at each of their facilities. Their farmers understand that their land must be kept safe and capable of producing nutritious and safe vegetables. A Birds Eye Foods team of agriculture associates works closely with their growers to help them develop sustainable farming practices.

They are committed to the protection of the environment in and around their facilities to assure a healthy and safe workplace for their employees, customers, and neighbors. Environmental programs have been established at each production facility that ensure environmental compliance and promote environmental stewardship. Their associate teams are trained in best management practices to prevent negative impacts on the environment and to protect natural resources. They believe in the responsible integration of environmental and economic considerations in all decisions affecting their operations and will continue to strive to improve the compatibility of their operations with the environment.
