For The Community

Medically Indigent/Homeless Program

Provides health care screening to medically indigent or homeless people at selected community centers in Buffalo. On-going health problems may be referred to community health centers or hospital clinics. Screenings are conducted in homeless shelters and Buffalo area "dining rooms".

Community health nurses provide these services at the sites listed below.
