Underground Storage Tanks

Connecticut was granted state program approval (SPA) in 1995. All six states in Region 1 have approved programs. Region 1 was the second Region to have all of its states achieve SPA.

	Release prevention requirements	98%
	Release detection requirements	62%
	Both prevention and release detection requirements	62%
