E85 Ethanol Conference Speaker Biographies:
Bruce Bauman is the Research Program Coordinator for Soil and ground water issues at the American Petroleum Institute (API), Washington DC.
Murray Einarson is a Senior Consultant with Geomatrix Consultants, Oakland, CA, and Consulting Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Stanford University. Mr. Einarson is also a project manager of the University of California Davis field experiment on impact of gasohol on natural attenuation of BTEX and MTBE.
Alison Hathcock is the Permitting Coordinator for the South Carolina UST program.
Steve Hieber is the president of PWI Incorporated located in New Oxford, PA. He is currently serving as the president of the Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI).
David Iacono is the UST Regional Program Manager for US Environmental Protection Agency - Region 3.
Jeff Kuhn manages the Montana Department of Environmental Quality’s Petroleum Release Section. He is also the chair of the ASTSWAMO MTBE and Fuel Oxygenates Workgroup.
Lindene Patton is the Senior VP and Counsel for Zurich in North America. She is also a Certified Industrial Hygienist.
Luis Pizarro is the Chief of RCRA State Programs Branch, Waste and Chemicals Management Division, US Environmental Protection Agency - Region 3.
Maria Redomnd is the Alternative Fuels Policy Analyst for the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.
Alex Rittberg is the manager of Delaware's Tank Management Program.
Delaware's program includes both the compliance and cleanup activities of underground and aboveground storage tanks.
Patrick Rounds is President of Petroleum Marketers Management Insurance Company. Mr. Rounds is also President of Rounds & Associates in Iowa.
Tom Walter is Chief of Compliance Section in the Maryland Oil Control Program
Dr. John Wilson is a Senior Research Microbiologist with the US Environmental Protection Agency’s National Risk Management Research Laboratory. He has worked on contaminants in ground water for 28 years. The National Risk Management Research Laboratory started working on the behavior of ethanol in fuel spills in 2001.Questions?
