Family Care Services
All residents of Erie County are welcome to use our Family Care Clinic. We provide the following medical services at this site:
- Adult Medicine
- Pediatrics
- Prenatal
- GYN Services including Family Planning
- Podiatry
- Dental
All of these services may be paid by your insurance, if you chose our clinic as you Primary Care Provider. Our staff is happy to assist you in this process. If your insurance does not pay for these services, the services will be billed to you on a sliding fee scale.
Other services offered to our clinic patients at no charge include:
- WIC Re-certification
- Lead Screening
- High Blood Pressure Screening
- Colon Cancer Screening
- Breast Cancer Screening referral
- Substance Abuse Treatment referral
- Pregnancy Testing
- Immunizations required for school
- Hepatitis B Vaccine Program
You may qualify for health insurance. We will assist you with the application.
