The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Compliance Unit monitors compliance with EPA-issued NPDES permits and takes appropriate actions to enforce the provisions of those permits as well as other issues of compliance with the Clean Water Act. The NPDES Permits Unit is responsible for issuance and modification of permits.
NPDES Enforcement and Compliance
