Safety in the above-referenced case. This letter acknowledges receipt of, and accepts Colonial's 
payment dated May 9,2002 in the amount of $60,000 as payment in full of the civil penalty. You 
have completed the actions specified in the compliance order, as determined by the Director, 
Southern Region. This case is now closed and no fbrther enforcement action is contemplated with 
the respect to the matters involved in this case.
