Questions for the Panelists' Consideration
  • What are your thoughts about other panelists' statements? Are there specific things you agree or disagree with? And why?

  • Based on what you have heard, what practical actions can your stakeholder group take in the next three to six months that would have a positive impact in reducing E. coli O157:H7 or illnesses associated with it?

  • If you had one short-term, practical action you would suggest for others to take, what would that be? And why do you think that action will help? How can that solution or action be implemented? What barriers need to be addressed to accomplish that action?

  • Please share any personal lessons learned from successes or problems you have experienced in dealing with E. coli O157:H7?

  • Are there gaps in our knowledge or data that could be filled by further investigation to help reduce E. coli O157:H7? If so, what would those areas be and how would that help?

  • Are there areas where all stakeholders can improve their collaboration or communications on this issue? If so, what can be done to make that happen?
