The Food Safety Laboratory is collaborating with partners in business and industry under Cooperative Research and Development Agreements for several of its research projects, including the following:
- Development and testing alternative pressure generating systems for shockwave propagation for its HDP technology
- Development and commercialization of automated imaging inspection systems for online inspection of poultry and fruits and vegetables
- Development of novel and rapid spectral methods to detect contaminants in food products.
