of the desired area and clicking and dragging to the opposite corner.
The box will be red as it is being drawn, release the mouse. The map
will redraw the zoomed in area. |

desired (see figure 2 right). The further the map is zoomed in, the
more reference layers will become available. Once the desired layers
have been checked, then scroll to the bottom of the layer list and
click the Refresh Map
button (bottom of figure 2). The new layers will then be added to
the map. |

upon, then the area can be defined for download. Click on the download
button, (see figure 1 above right) at the bottom left side of the
Map Interface page. Move the mouse to the desired corner of the area
and then left click the mouse button and hold and drag. The box will
be green. Release the mouse button and the process will begin for
setting up the downloads. If the box turns red, then the area is to
large for download and is available as Media. |
6). The processing page will appear, and
once that is complete the "Request Summary" page will appear.
On this page will be the listing of all three data sets, the size
of each download, and the download button. To change formats, size
of download, and product desired, click on the
button. The "Request Summary" page can be book marked and
used at a later time. |
7). To download the data, click on the
"Download" link. The data will then be extracted and processed.
The time it will take to extract the data will depend on the size
of the file and traffic on the system. Once the data has been extracted,
then it can be downloaded. |
