Laboratory: Manager of XRD and carbon analyses laboratory. Various laboratory analyses include: basic mineralogy, petrography, mineral separations, clay mineral preparations, particle size determinations, percent organic and inorganic carbon determinations.
Field Work: Coring unconsolidated lake sediment using an array of coring equipment; core photographing, logging, and sampling; and dust collection in the desert southwest.
