The Center’s new Marine Mammal Encounter offers visitors the chance to get up close and personal with our resident harbor seals, including Snapper, a 200-plus-pound harbor seal. Learn about Alaska’s marine mammals and participate in a harbor seal training session with the Center’s mammalogists. The 1-hour program is offered 7 days a week at 3 p.m. for a maximum of four people. The program fee ranges from $59 (students age 12-17) to $79 (adult).
