Polychlorinated Biphenyl Inspection Manual

EPA headquarters with the help of a workgroup formed by regional PCB inspectors updated the Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Inspection Manual to guide inspectors in conducting inspections to ensure compliance with regulations promulgated under section 6(e) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) pertaining to polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). The pertinent regulations are found at Part 761 of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
