FY07 Mail Management ReportAttached is the Mail Management Report for FY07 that is required by Federal Management Regulation (FMR) 102.192.60. The report was developed as a tool to assist mail managers with identifying requirements of the mail management plan as outlined in the (FMR) parts 102-192-110 and 102-192.115. Your data should cover requirements in the regulation for FY2007. All submissions should be sent to: Program Manager, Mail Management Policy Or electronically to: federal.mail@gsa.gov Each year, GSA has revised the reporting format for ease of use, and we have done so again this year. Also, the regulation has always required that the large agencies “Describe the agency’s plans to improve the economy and efficiency of mail operations.” (§102-192.55(e)), but we have not included this requirement in recent annual report formats. We have reinstated it for this year. Last year, GSA received 100% of the reports that were required. This was the highest response ever. We appreciate your effort in completing the report and submitting this valuable information. Please complete and return your report no later than March 30, 2008. If you are unable to provide all the requested information, submit the items that you can answer in this short timeframe as opposed to submitting a deviation.
