Performance-Based Acquisition (PBA) Guidance

The Seven Steps to Performance-Based Services Acquisition (PBSA) Online Guide is a virtual knowledge management tool that includes PBA regulations, policies, guidance, samples, and a library of other PBA information including other electronic resource tools.

The program managers PBSA workshop also provides great information about PBA from a contractor's and program manager's perspectives. The presentation focuses on the Program Manager's role in the PBA process. Details can be found in the attachments below.
