AES Downtime Has Expired For AESDirect Filers Experiencing Issues

The AES Downtime Policy has expired for those AESDirect filers experiencing
validation issues when users logged into the system using their legacy
user accounts.
As a reminder, you must file all shipments that were exported under the
AES Downtime Policy in accordance with the Foreign Trade Regulations.
