 Unscheduled AES Maintenance Outage - Education (Testing) Region Only

 **********************************************************************

 The AES Education (Testing) Region will undergo a 41-hour outage
               beginning at 12:01 AM EST Saturday, February 3, 2007.  The region will
               be restored by 5:00 PM EST Sunday, February 4, 2007.  During this 
               outage, incoming AES shipments will be stored in a queue and once the 
               region is restored processing will continue and messages will be 
               returned to the filers.

 The AES Development Team will be conducting maintenance to update the 
               carrier codes for all methods of transportation. 
   
               The AES Production Region will not be affected during this outage.
