Description: This training course was offered by the FHWA's National Highway Institute (NHI) as a tool to introduce the participants on the importance and need for a PMS as well as the different components of a PMS. The workshops provide an opportunity for participants to interact with each other, and to work together to plan and develop a PMS for a fictional state. Although the course is not currently offered, course materials are available from the NHI website.
