“FORTWeb” is a data-driven information site that provides customers with access to bibliographies, full-text publications, software and data downloads, and non-technical science articles and features—in addition to more standard fare such as research summaries, news and events, and staff profiles. Web staff apply state-of-the-art programming and architecture to ensure easy access to our science information products. While many products target FORT's technical and scientific audience, FORTWeb communications and outreach products such as News Highlights and Science Features target the general public and non-technical customers. Web analytics are employed to help focus communications efforts and assess the effectiveness of Web content and functionality.
