The following Instructions are partially revised to conform the Final Rule
entitled "Regulatory Streamlining of the Farm Service Agency’s Direct Farm Loan
Programs; Conforming Changes" published in the Federal Register on November 15,
2007, (72 FR 64119) with an effective date of December 31, 2007 by the Farm
Service Agency.
The conforming revision includes removing reference to Farm Service Agency (FSA)
and providing that the Instruction is not applicable to FSA’s Farm Loan
Programs.
