Contacting us by Telephone (Pledge to our Customers)

Contact our Office at 215-861-5481 to speak with a Claims Examiner.  Operators are available M-F from 9am to 4:00pm.

The IVR toll free number is 1-866-OWCP-IVR or 1-866-692-7487. The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Service gives information about case status and compensation payments. Automated information is available 24 hours a day. The key to using IVR is the injured worker's case number, so make sure you know it when you call.

Medical providers should call 1-866-335-8319, our toll free number for authorizations.  Our fax number for medical authorization requests is 1-800-215-4901.  For billing status inquiries, go to our Central Bill Pay Facility online query website or call 1-866-335-8319.

Please note that the quickest way to get correspondence to us is by mailing it directly to our London, Kentucky address. All documents are imaged into our computer at our mailroom facility in Kentucky. Documents are available for viewing within 24 hours of receipt. The only exception is that CA1, CA2, CA7, and CA2a claim forms and CA16's should be sent directly to our office in Philadelphia. Documents should not be fax'd.
