This SAP, complies with the requirements of the Global Change Research Act of 1990. The implementation of this Act is under the U.S. Climate Change Science Program (CCSP), to which EPA is a partner agency. There are 21 mandated SAPs, with NCEA's Global Change Assessment Staff taking the lead on this report. This effort is coordinated with the CCSP Interagency Committee and the Office of Science and Technology Policy.

Jun 2006 | Draft prospectus released along with an invitation for public review and comment. |
Jul 2006 | Final prospectus is issued along with comments on the draft prospectus. |
Aug 2007 | CCSP releases a "Public Comment Draft" along with an invitation for public review and comment. |
Feb 2008 | EPA releases a "Final (Third) Draft " along with an invitation for public review and comment. |
Jun 2008 | EPA releases the final report. |
